ren's falling leaves

After I was done with the first piece (walk in the woods), I realized that I had focused primarily on proportion in it. So I decided to take the leftovers and do something focusing on scale. This is it. Comment are always welcome!

Ren - your two examples really made me think about scale and proportion and how to achieve that look with shapes.

Kathy Angel: thanks for your comments. These pieces made ME think about scale and proportion too LOL!
Usually, I just make things, maybe do a sketch or two; it's nice, though, to see why things work.
Enjoy doing your own!

Hi Ren - Another fine piece - you have managed to achieve a sense of depth through your use of scale as well as color. And I like the flower added in to balance out all the angular shapes.

Hi Ren, I am glad you did this with shapes. This would work both ways wouldn't it, Large in the front and small to the back... like you did, then big at the back and small to the front, like coming at you.
I like this a lot and I am a fan of B&W,,,

Ren, I truly appreciate your piece, and can feel the scale and proportion. Abstract art is something I have yet been able to achieve, you've done it so well.
