I love that we are capable of assigning human-like form to inanimate things...isn't the human brain amazing?
Beautiful colors and good job of painting, including thread painting!
CherieCherie in Del Marhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17232111354262007447noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34360380.post-63623914792009640762012-04-30T09:20:43.624-05:002012-04-30T09:20:43.624-05:00Love the trees and see the human form as well.Love the trees and see the human form as well.Meenahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17352092955608092830noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34360380.post-44160636147661007892012-04-30T07:33:50.842-05:002012-04-30T07:33:50.842-05:00Isn't it interesting how each of us responds t...Isn't it interesting how each of us responds to an image. Beauty and interpretation are in the eyes of the beholder!

LouiseAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13748815661321844380noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34360380.post-91431671267726138322012-04-29T22:37:10.717-05:002012-04-29T22:37:10.717-05:00It is so bold and almost looks like scary, partly ...It is so bold and almost looks like scary, partly human trees standing guard. The deep blue/gray of the background gives the illusion of a stormy sky which I think adds to the menacing feel of the piece.
