Good thing I'm a hand dyer...I had lots of value choices on hand.

Cynthia! Great job.... I'm so glad you are working in abstract. Love how the bird is almost hiding, yet so visible... it's like he's in a tree of foliage! (Oh to have time right now to do this challenge!)
Great color palette! Using warm neutrals alongside the cooler ones is not an easy thing to do, but you have done it masterfully. The bird is hiding a bit isn't she? I particularly appreciate the strong light source. It is kind of Rembrandt-y isn't it?. (That's SO not a word.)
Cynthia - Very nice this would look awesome in my living room. Looking closely at the fabrics used, I really like the contrast the of solids and printed fabric. Very classy
