Forgive the pins, as this is as far as I've gotten on this piece. I was rebelling against what I call 'lollipop' flowers, so I made marshmallow ones instead! Had fun with lots of recycled fabric prints, and playing with light against dark in this one. Critique is welcomed.
What a striking and wonderful mix of fabrics, and a very interesting and creative interpretation of the challenge. Fun to look at!

ReplyDeleteThe simple shapes and diversity of fabrics create a playful scene with movement. The orange circles, dots on the trees and roundish leaf shapes make it come alive. Love the marshmallow flowers!
