Mosaic Table
I loved the idea of using color in a different medium for this challenge. My scrap collection of glass is just as large as my fabric scrap collection.The glass and tile mosaic table is waiting to be grouted.
I absolutely love that you took up the challenge to do this piece in a different medium. To me, it is a lovely work of eye candy. The variations in shapes and colors really draw the viewer in to see all the many parts which make up the whole. The hummingbird appears very luminous, almost transparent, which adds to the allure of this piece for me. I envy you getting to use this table and hear all the wonderful comments you will surely receive.
