Windy Windows
This quick quilt shows windows - looking in and looking out. The wavy quilting reminded me of wind. This "freeform" technique was inspired by Rayna Gillman's book.

I like your quilting design on this piece...a nice flow and movement to it. Based on the picture though (with the light and shadow areas), the quilting tends to overpower the windows. I'm wondering if that's just because of the lighting in the photo. Looks like you had fun putting this together, and the quilting looks nice.
Thanks, CD. Yes, the photo has bad lighting. The piecing is actually more dominant than the quilting. It was fun to make.
very colorful and the quilting design adds a lot of interest to the piece.
I love the views through the windows, especially the lower left one with the couple about to kiss! The quilting adds dynamism to the piece.
CONGRATULATIONS! The quilting really makes this piece.
