Seeing Red measures 17 x 24, & was constructed using the Bargello "tube method". It is quilted & edged, but I need help on further embellishments, & also admit that the picture isn't the greatest either. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

2. Explain what the piece communicates to you.
3. Give a 'what if' statement(What if you had used blue instead of red?)

Hi Sonja, There was a discussion about your piece on the yahoo site, but I wanted to make a few comments here for the record.
The photo doesn't do justice to your piece as you said. Turning off the flash and using a tripod or something like a stack of books to steady the camera could help. It's a really good piece...love the color scheme and movement of the piece.
You could consider embellishing with contrasting or dark couched threads in curvy horizontal lines...or some lines of beads?
Great job!
